北溝復麗—文化、生態共融村

計畫介紹 Plan Introduction

本計畫以北溝地區—台中霧峰區之桐林、吉峰和甲寅里為實踐場域，旨在協助社區面對人口老化、文史凋零、生態保育和農特產行銷等問題。本計畫提出四大目標：

A. 以人為本的在地社區關懷。建立學習場域和共學廚房，促進健康觀念、記錄長者智慧。

B. 以生態保育為遠景的社區發展。協助小農、推動食農教育、實現生態保育、水域調查。

C. 活化北溝地區的文史並重塑社區形象。建立文史共學場域，重塑北溝地區的文化面貌。

D. 善用科技協助社區廣宣。提升在地數位機會、善用科技推動永續。

本計畫最終期許能使北溝地區文史復麗、啟動生態永續工作，成為台中美麗的生態後花園。

This project takes the Baygo(北溝) area which includes Tonglin(桐林), Jifeng(吉峰), and JiaYan(甲寅) villages in the Wufeng District of Taichung City as the practice site. The project is aiming to help the community facing issues such as the aging population, the continuous loss of culture and history, ecological conservation, and the marketing of agricultural products. We have proposed four major goals:

A. People-oriented community care. Establish learning stations, promote the elderly healthy, set up a shared kitchen to promote healthy eating, and record the wisdom of the elderly.

B. Community development based on ecological & sustainable perspective. Assist small farmers, promote food and agriculture education, promote ecological conservation, and river water quality testing.

C. Revitalize the culture and history of the Baygo (北溝) area and reshape the image of the community. Set up the historical and literature station, recover the historical story of the Beigou Palace Museum and the culture.

D. Utilize ICT to promote and to assist the community. Utilize digital opportunities and make use of technology to promote sustainability.

This project is to restore the cultural and historical beauty of the Beigou area, initiate ecological sustainability, and turn the Beigou area into a beautiful backyard of Taichung.
