計畫介紹

「新農復穀-雜糧壯遊-同耕共學-擴散計畫」實踐以復耕活化傳統農業社區，透過跨領域師生團隊與場域形成同耕共學之互助機制，將創新農業發展所需解決的問題結合教學規劃，推動產業合作，由育農人才、助農技術、助農經濟進而發展育農產業。以雜糧漫遊為意向，以作物本身為主角，凸顯作物耕作歷程，呈現雜糧加工跨區合作的多元可能。也引導社區關注耕作環境議題，以主要灌溉渠道為軌跡，向沿岸村落擴散，共同關注渠道生態與管理的議題。 透過復耕行動活化傳統農業社區，以永續耕作、生態紮根、創意加值與行銷拓展四項主軸涵蓋作物生產中耕作技術、資材運用，檢測把關、耕作環境永續維護以及加工技術提升創意行銷成效等議題。由雜糧復耕的實際行動銜接導入新的農業技術、經營理念，培育新的農業人才，由復耕之路導引新農村，更期望能藉此孕育新的農村產業。

Revitalize traditional agricultural communities through re-cultivation actions, and use sustainable farming, ecological rooting, creative value-added and marketing expansion to expand the four main axes, covering farming technology in crop production, material application, inspection and control, sustainable farming environment maintenance, and processing technology to enhance creative marketing Issues such as effectiveness. Introduce new agricultural technology and management concepts from the practical actions of re-cultivation of miscellaneous grains, cultivate new agricultural talents, and guide new rural areas through the road of re-cultivation, and hope that this will nurture new rural industries.
