The CYUT Industrial Design department has been in the Changhua area for a long time, to enhance the energy of design. Many communities reported that they hope the development of community industries through the improvement of design. However, the lack of long-term accompany, lack of sales channels, lack of technical support, and lack of business planning have caused many difficulties and hindered the progress of this area.
In the short term, this program will focus on the integration of curriculum and community, cultivating a new generation of young people who are interested in community design, and injecting vitality into the community. Next use community surveys to integrate the resources and establish community consensus. In the mid-term, the Biochar application technique will be upgraded to facilitate mass production. Also, combining agricultural waste and other materials with redesign methods to become creative products of our daily life. In the long term, it will join the cultural packaging design course and integrated marketing channels to create unique industrial characteristics for the community.
